ok.. after saving for some time.. now i can spent the $$.. thanks to the buyer whom buy my stock wheelset. It really boost my $$ saving rate.

Ok.. after much consideration.. here is my final choice.. Saint and G2!! wooo.. ok.. dun ask how much.. i spent around $500 for both.. so let u all do the maths. :)

The New Atlas is lighter and and cheaper? , some say stronger than Saint.

Have all the waiting for the ‘Right’ 83mm Cranks have finally come to an end?

Shimano products are ridiculous over price… They were giving crappy reasons like Yen have risen, cost of materials have increase, or the main reason that covers all shit. “production cost have increase..”

I’m sick and tired of all these reasons… now i need to check out the price on the RF Atlas cranks first..

Then i shall decide which cranks would go on my Bike…

I got no one to blame except for myself for not training hard enough for the competition. but then on the other hand i have my exams on the same week too..

Well let this be a lesson learn..
Next race i would train harder, not only in skill but in fitness too.. this race i'm super unfit for the race. Because lack of muscle training.. legs muscle all sagging.

Shit man.. this is bad..
Now holidays are here. i should do more running and need to lose weight.

once again i have been MIA for a long time.... well sch life is really busy.. too many things happen too fast..

Nah.. i'm not talking abt BGR.. but its my sch life.. this 2 buddies of mine in sch.. Qin and Andrew.. 1 loves to take pics.. the oother one gamer.. ahhaa.. very interesting pple...

ok just to summrise all the things tat have happen...

for studies.. well.... everything so far so good.. but its stressful.. cause every .quiz or test i would expect to get 100 marks.. Am i too greedy?
pple might think i'm crazy, but i tink its tat i wasted too much time previously. so now is my 2nd chance to give a shot at education once more..

Term test just ended.. i was really stress for tat week... want to find more term test paper to do but not sufficient.. well.. for the last paper.. i was really pisssssedd.. cause i dun think i can get full marks.. cause for the last question.. cause i was so nervous until i couldn't think out of the box.

After the exam.. now comes the sch holidays. wooooooo.. yuppie.. time to rest and relax..
well i do hope my those 2 buddies will do well too.

WEnt back to my sec sch to play volleyball on the 13/12/08. with wei qiang and serene. well we just go back there cause getting back the passion for volleyball..

well thinking back of the old times when i was in secondary sch.. i was a total vball siao. eat, bath, sleep all vball..

Next is, yesterday , morning 7am while the sky is still gray and its raining.. we (team ATP) went down to tampines track to ride... i was wearing a long pants and a singlet and my jungle hat. haha beerrrrrr.... its cold.. but well i got fats to keep myself warm...

after the ride.. went over to simlim Sq to buy parts for Desmond new computer.. its was really a hard time.. cause i he dun even know wat he want.. i dunno wat to choose for him also.. so just walk around sls to look at parts..
then in the end, he spend abt 1.8K for a whole new computer..

everything... except speakers.. AMD faster processor.. 4850 graphic.. CM690 casing.. crosir 620w PSU.. 2 x 2gb ram ddr2 800, cl4, MSI k9A2CF new version.. HSF CM V8.. and a 500GB HDD, but last but not least.. we forget to get a DVD drive.. lol

ok.. today whole day i rot at home.. just now just dismentle my whole comp..
de-oxidise the Cu HSF(for the graphic card and the processor). polish.. remove the old thermal paste.. and apply the new ones.. the temp is really lower by 3 deg..
but guess wat i forget.. i forget to pluck in the CPU HSF fan.. and its still running cool.. ahha i think is because my casing is a hi air flow casing..

ok got to end here.. need to plug in the connector now.. if not wait the CPu will spolit

Today...... Xiong ah.. maths quiz... 1st lesson of the day is the quiz already...
lucky got study on sat.. then sunday whole day mugging in the stupid project.. need to do speech outline.. power point slide presentation all those shit.

got too much last min work to do le.. sucks man.. tml still must hand up and do presentation..
other of my classmated have 10 to 13 slides while i only have 8 slides.. 1 slide is my name.. hhha. then last slide is "the end" maybe i should use" fin" its a french word for end aslo.. lol.. act class only.

i have dump so many pics in the PPs. well i cheated in this part.. cause my whole class is guys.. then i'm using this psychology method. i put more female pics in the PPs on the borders to decorate it. heance they will be only looking for the attractive ones.. and didn't look into depth of my presentations.. ahhhaa.. IT haVE been abt 3 years since i study and look at books. dun compare it to army.. cause army is books are called training guides. its kind of useless. they dun even go in depth.

Now in poly its different.. its seems like i can understand better in class compared to the stupid army teachings.. sigh.. really dummies can write books.. haha...

well i better not get over confident for my studies.. if not it will backfire.. must be 'on the ball' ahaha.. my goal for this 3 years..

1. get into TP directors' list

2. maintain a good result at least 85% and above.

3. build up a good working relationship with my friends and lectures.

4. love life??? We'll see how.

5. Produce quality work / projects

Some bad stuff tat happen to me.. last min do work.. really sucks.. must stay up all night, stressed up, crack my brains.. , get more white hair etc.. its really sucks man..

NO more last min work.. play less, game, chatting on msn, dun get distracted. Last but not least.. i really hate to say this.. but Cycle lesser only on weekends... weekdays no cycling..

WAh... after a nights cycling.. today woke up @ 1200pm.. feeling stone.... then i remember i got quite a bit of staff to do..
Went online.. saw geraldine. wanted to msg her.. but i think dun wan lah.. wait she busy then disturb her working
Mieko chatted with me, she wasn't really happy today.. gees... i feel like helping her.. but just dunno how... sigh...

went to get my hair cut.. but... the salon wasn't open.. then just head to any other one..
Then got attend by this young petite lady.. i think she is a Malaysian.. maybe he by her essence.
dun see her small size.. she gave me a hair cut.. then plus a head massage during the hair wash..
she told me if u feel pain let her know.. i was like ok...

i under estimate her... i my skull almost burst man... she saw my facial expression then she apologise. i replied its ok.. then she giggled away.. i was like.. wah lau.. strong woman.

Next she continue the head massage some unexpected happen.. she play with my ear sia... using her index finger then twirling in my ear.. not for 1 or 2 rounds but like 1 to 2 mins. dunno she trying to turn me on or wat..

Too bad.. i wasn't wearing my specs.. can't see her facial expressions. this lady dunno how to describe her.. but in the shop was only me and her.... DAngerous man.... i know i'm young lah.. but... at least let me know wat u wanan do mah.. if not will scare the shit out of me...

Well.. Yesterday really really nothing to do @ home.. went to jalan bersah to collect the bearings tat i ordered.

Came back.. fix bike then slack..

(1 box of these cost $150... YEs.. i'm not kidding.. a box of 10 cost $150.)

then went out for jogging..in the evening.. i can run.. but dun like. i also dunno y i dun like to run, just like to cycle.

Went for 10min fast jog to warm up. then whole singlet wet le.. then after tat another 10min slow jog to think things through. Quite a few things running through my mind.. but just dunno how to express the feelings for it...

Should I or Should i not? or just wait and see? headache....

After tat.. when reach home. went to have a nice shower..
then hog the computer again to search for some new technologies so tat i can fill my brain with.

Later in the evening have dinner with my dad.. cause my mum went on cruise... she know how to enjoy life.

@ 2230h went to meet my cycling buddies.. i tot going to ride down to ECP.. then darren suggested OUB... i was like..... WAh.. okieee... my bike is good to go..y not.

We cycle there slowly. exploring new route. well i usually lead them to a long flight of stairs.. cause i'm infront thus they though tat its a slope in front.. upon approaching the flight of stairs, they will like WAH lau.... but i'm already half way down the stairs le. lol.. Well bikes r ment to cycle everything..

when we reach OUB, we had a short rest.. then talk cock then head back.. on the way back. i also lead them to another flight of stairs.. they were shouting "WAH lau eh! Kenny!!!!"

well today got to drag myself out of bed also.. then wah piang eh.. must wear nice nice leh...

wah.. piang eh.. today wake up very early.. so unused to the timing.. but i think its good lah.. its better for health.

today was my 1st day at TMIS.. got to know this course through my aunt...
well today is the 1st day.. then still rather reserved in class..
dun really feel like talking to pple.. just observing them 1st

Well i was shocked to see so many 'senior' citizen in the class except for a few.
i tell myself... these pple r willing to come out and take the challange to learn and upgrade themselves.. i was really amazed..
then i saw this lady.. quite well dressed.. duno how to say..quite attractive and somehow caught my attention..

can't really remember her name. but well.. she seems like quite a nice person and fierce...

Then in my group there was 2 other ladies and 2 other gentlemen.
one is thong leng, darren.. irene, and can't really pronounce her name.. but we address her as mdm wong.

erm... darren and thong leng were friends i presume.. and the 2 ladies were some wat 'mothers', and now left me alone..

Today went to watch Cyborg She..

Well today was a much of a rotting day... woke up @ 10am. then went online to check on my racing results and pics.. ahha (i didn't know tat i'm a vain pot).

well i just wnana see myself mah.. image is very important u know.

then 1245 went to TM to meet up with huiling.. she got a new hair colour. looks not bad..

after that went over to century SQ to catch a movie.. we catch "Cyborg She" @ 1310.
at first i dunno wat is the show abt.. but i just went to watch, cause its have been a very long time tat i last watch a movie . we use our student pass to get the tickets @$6.. ahhaha. she paid for my tickets. : ) Thanks.

When we get into the cinema it was like Empty.. i tot we went into the wrong one.. haha.. since there r so many empty seats. we just anyhow seat.

today was a very mixed up day for me. got up early in the morning and accompany my dad to TTSH. cause he had heart blockage... 4 of his blood vessles in the heart have been block.

2 of it 90% and the other 2 is 75%. i dunno should i be angry, pissed or sad.
i was so angry tat i tell my dad. " since the op need $25k. its either u do the op n forget abt your smoking, or i take the $25k and let u smoke until u die. u choose"

i have been complaining abt the rocking of the rear shock.. i even wanted to e-mail commencal, but i didn't. As for my style, i dun like to keep problems hanging in the air, if i got the time, i would solve it right away..

So how i solve the rocking of the rear shock due to machining fault?

i just cut out a alu drink can. and take the body ans cut a small piece of alu and stuff it in the gap...

Problem Solved! ( for now i think )

today meet up with bang zong @ 0645 to ride down to changi V carpark for the ubin ride..

today we did quite a bit of filming videos. inside the "forest" with a bit of drop here n there and some drifting.

today JJ.Chan DX pedal drop off. i also duno y, but its the 2nd DX pedal tat i heard tat came off. thankfully i didn't buy a Shit-Ma-No. pedals. its like so damn unsafe. ride half way then the pedal will just slip off from its spindle.

Today my bike feel kind of wierd.. i was almost thrown off my bike a few times, and i can't really keep the bike stable. only then after the ride. i notice my rebound for the fork auto turn to the fastest. no Wonder i ride like fuck like tat.

Today didn't really get to play much. but the transmission of my bike was better, after i change my 38T chainring down to a 32T chainring. Climbing was easy, but my rear wheel keep on spinning out. gees.... i think i really need to relearn how to ride a bike.

Then after the ride i felt my bike rear shock was rocking more. then i tried to tighten the bolts of the linkage but it dosen't help much. When i got home i strip my rear shock out then inspect... This is wat i found out...

today just went to test ride my trial bike..

had a 30min warm up

my feel for the bike.. its feels long. hard to manuall, brakes have air bubble in there thus loss of braking power, tire have not enough preassure. only 20PSI for front and rear. then went to pump up to 23PSI. which made my bike feels like a rock when landing on the ground.

hate the Ti spokes on the Rear wheel. cause when u pedal to accelerate, u will have a lag time b4 the bike surge forward.

have not really get used to the bike yet. this bike is hard to tame. but it spins well on its rear wheel.

i think the ride handle quite well, just tat the rider is a bit off fitness that's all

WEll today is the 4th day of my pes E recruits tat came in.. they r like time bomb in the middle of the night. they might wonder off from the coyline to other places..

Tsk tsk.. i have to station my self in the platoon office even in the night.. i got to sleep there if they need more commanders to come to the rescue... poor me.. can't go back to bunk like the other slacker commander.. ahhaha oh well...

Let them do wat ever they want lah.. i just take pride in my job can already. dun need to let the whole world know wat i'm doing also..

recently just felt kind of troubled. i also dunno y.. maybe is the pple around me? or is it the changes around me. i'm also not sure. i just got to take a step @ a time to see what is infront of me. cause now all i can see is a grey area after i ORD.

i've ever thought of signing on. but dunno as wat.. or should i extend my ORD date for 6mths? so tat i can get a regular 3SG pay then i can save up for my studies. cause i'm aslo still not sure wat i want to study and wat r the courses available for me.. cause i'm damn lousy in my A Maths. I can't do algebra for nuts.( dun mind my spelling.) but i'm good in engineering. but just hate calculations.

Sigh.. i really duno wat to do now.. if i get my DIP. So wat? am i going to use my DIP to get the revalent job? or just to get a DIP salary?
Or should i just sign on. but no cert, can forget abt promotion.
If i sign on, should i remain in infintry? or change to weapon spec?

Well.. here i am.. writting a review on my bike.

Pros: fork, frame, commencal Hubs, High roller Tire 2.5, Sun Single Track. All pviots are sealed bearrings. stiff frame.

Average: Juicy3 8", Cranks, 1.5 Stem, Bar, Sram X7 Rear D, X5 Shifter. clog set. frame a bit on the slow reacting side. compared to hard tail.(or maybe its just me), Rear Shock (cause they give me a 450 spring. i need a 550)

Cons: Grips, Headset (fuck-up not sealed bearings) Don't come with pedals. no fork/shock pump. Chain Ring is steel.

On the 2nd day. Which is less than 24hrs i took my bike. we went over to pulau ubin to ride.
i pedal 100% effort. only 50% went to the rear wheel, the rest loss in bouncing shocks. Basically the rebound was too fast and the rear shocks were under preload. I almost died there cause i was shagged out... its worst than having Marathon sex.

Then later in the evening i went out with elson, then he saw me pedal like siao. then he notice tat my rebound setting was too fast and some other stuff were off.. then we head off to pasir ris park viewing gallery. That is where he help me set up the shock and test ride on the stairs. after half an hour of tuning and testing.. it was finally 'ok' its tune for 50% street 50% off road.

Today i went to BT to Wack the bike.. I was amazed how the bike performed.. i was twice the speed on the down slope part. i dun need to choose any line. unlike my hard tail, i need to take the smoother line. But for this Furious bike...

Its Damn Furious... I can just pick any line i choose and wack it.. it feels like... i'm CG Jr. @ 1st i was still quite afraid to corner tat fast. but after 1 or 2 turns. i just put my trust in the bike n just go for it..

Woooooo.. the track was Ripped apart.. I was drifting in the turns but i dun felt a thing.. The hunger for speed just kept coming.

It will be from ( I won't disclose the time as wait the Fucking "MSK" will come in to tekong n bomb the place. then we all will have headache catching him.

Every where there is posters of him.. even on my company window.... WTF sia...
erm.... this is my 1st time taking JC batch of Recruits.. i wonder how will they be.. how will they cope with NS, how will they survive in Taurus company for their BMT.

Taurus is a stealth company for tekan.. why? cause Other Companies is well known for their famous tekaning. while our company is doing it silently...

Even our company commanders are equip with 03 x smoke grenade and a sniper with slicencer.
we can just smoke out quickly in the even of a GPMG fire easily... while the junior commanders they'll just stand there not knowing wat to do in the even of getting pinned down.

Well i think they will learn one day...
and Y do we carry a sniper attatched with a slincener? cause we aim others to do the jobs, swiftly and silently. while using the scoop to supervise them form a distance..

For the whole of last week 28Jan to 1Feb. I was attending the Armskote IC couse. the couse was hell lots of fun for me, while others find it boring. Cause they were arrowed to go...

Just imagine U live in the End of the EAST then u need to wake up @ 5am n travel down to Sembawang camp and reach there @ 0730... its siao lah...

They taught us many diff weapons which i never learn b4. I'm not suppose to disclose too many information on the internet. So for those terriost whom wanna kidnapped pple.. pls dun choose me.. Cause will strip u down to your last balls hanging.. like how i strip a weapon right down to the last bolt.

This is my achivement.. So Far i've gotten 4 Cert from the SAF. Hopfully more would come..

Some reflection of myself: I'm a person whom dun speak much. i just wait & observe, then react according to situation.

I prefer to do things alone as i can really concentrate and give 200% of my effort.

But B4 closing with 2 stitches.
They push me into the OT (Operating Theater) and place me on the table.

Then I have been injected 6 Times! with pain stinging Antiseptic to
clean the wound and numb the area...
The DOCs gather round me then they were all starring at my blood flowing non stop sexy left leg...

The wost part is tat is one of the doc filled up my wound with sterile solution to check the volume of the wound. he still got the cheek to say.. 'oh u got a deep wound there.. i've drip the solution in and it took quite a while to over flow it...'

I was like WTF!!!! its PAIN!

Then they started to stitch.. 1st thread they still can discuss how much tension should they pull b4 the 2nd one and how to hold the needle with their equipment. WAH lau.. Its painful despite the 6 injection u gave me!

Meet up @ 2215. jer drove down.. i tot supper was some where near. but we went all the way to hongkong cafe.@ upper east coast road there. WTF man!

There the food was quite ex.. then i didn't eat much also.. just a cup of soys bead with grass jelly cost me $3.00.

Christmas Eve

Today.. Eve of christmas.. But why there is not even a tiny bit of Christmas festive mood in me? Haizz.. Its hard to stand up and walk on, once u had a hard fall in RS. Life have been quite dull ever since it happened. but it really made me see wats your true colour like.

Thinking back, its better tat u r gone, now i can go out and cycle again. Thanks to my rec, my riding buddy and his commando bro and group of friends... ahah.. lucky they r as crazy as me...

@1400 went to funan mall to see some computer product. then meet mum.
after that went over to her friend's house to have dinner.. then come back home already.

Well today we found a new thrilling route to ride.. there were many group of riders there.. many were XCs riders and most of them chicken out. while our Group (ATP) "answer the phone" Play like nobody's business...

Y "ATP?" ( created by desmond) cause we dun answer the phone while riding. only during rest time. Cause time is precious. Riding is more precious. ahahhaa

The art of Approaching Beautiful Women: Always Watch The Eyes

The eyes are the window to the soul. They will always betray what a person is thinking, if you’re deft enough to pay attention to them.

I’m going to share some secrets about eye contact with you that is going to help you meet women like crazy. I hope you’re ready for them, because I’m really spilling the beans here.

Are you ready for it?

Here they come…

Secret #1: The Vertical Scan

This is a major body language cue, and one that is hard to pick up if you’re not paying attention. Think about a woman you’ve seen that you found attractive. What did you do? Catch one look at her face, then looked down over her body, going from head to foot, right?

In short, you were checking her out.

Women do the same thing. When they see a man they’re attracted to, their eyes will go from his face to his feet, because they want to see the whole package.

When you make eye contact with a woman, look at what her eyes do. If they flick downwards, guess what? She just checked you out!

She liked what she saw in your face, and wanted to see the rest of you. It doesn’t matter if she looks away immediately afterwards, because she was attracted enough to you to check you out. That, my friends, is a major signal that she will be open to you approaching her (especially if the vertical scan is followed by a smile!).

The only problem with this great signal is that it’s so easy to miss! Women you haven’t noticed yet may have already done it. Also, it’s such a quick action, you can easily miss it if you’re not careful.

So when looking for the eye scan, always pay careful attention!

Secret #2: The Horizontal Scan

This is one of my favorite body language cues, because when this happens, you know you’re in the home stretch!

This usually occurs after you’ve been talking to the girl for a while, you’ve successfully attracted her, and it’s time to kiss. When you look deep into her eyes, you’ll see them flicking back and forth as she looks from one eye of yours to the other, trying to get a read on you.

When you see this happen, go for the kiss right there! She’s ready for it!

Secret #3: Dilated Pupils

I’ve mentioned this one before, but I’ll reiterate it here. A woman’s dilated pupils is an unconscious attraction response. The wider the pupils, the more attracted and excited the woman is getting.

You’ll know what you’re doing is working when you look into a woman’s eyes and notice the black iris part is rather large. This is commonly referred to as the “Doggy Dinner Look,” that you’ll see in cartoons when a dog is silently begging for it’s master to feed it.

The problem with dilated pupils is that other factors can affect its interpretation. For instance, if it’s dark in the room the two of you are in, her pupils will naturally dilate to let in more light.

By the same token, if the woman is drunk or using drugs, her pupils will be dilated as well, because other stimulants are working to excite her body. So be aware of the different factors at play when reading your target’s pupil dilation.

Secret #4: The Eye Contact Test

I think you're really going to like this secret, because I'm going to share a little trick with you that I've developed that really makes it easy to meet a woman.

Too often, guys are simply too nervous to approach a girl because of the extreme amount of uncertainty involved. Think about it. What runs through your head when you want to meet a woman?

• "Am I her type?"
• "Does she have a boyfriend?"
• "Will she find me attractive?"
• "Maybe she's too busy to meet anyone."
• "Will she be receptive to me talking to her?"

I'm sure you can think of a 100 more things that run through your mind when you see an approach opportunity come your way.

If you get scared or nervous when this happens, it's because of one thing:

UNCERTAINTY.

You don't know how the girl you want to approach is going to respond! So your scared because the outcome MIGHT be negative!

Well, worry about this no more, because with this little trick I'm going to share with you, you'll never have to worry about a negative reaction again.

This little trick is so simple, ANYONE can do it! And it's a 100% fear free tactic.

We all know that eye contact is important, but something funny happens when we make eye contact with another person. We become COMPELLED to respond to them in some fashion. When it comes to women, you can use eye contact to find out if she's open to meeting you. In fact, in a way, she'll be opening YOU!

So here's what you do...

The next time you see a woman you want to meet, LOCK your eyes on her! Seriously, just stare at her eyes, even if she's not looking at you.

When people are out and about, they will usually look around to keep aware of their surroundings. This is an unconscious thing we all do. Eventually, the woman you're locking onto will look around to scan the area.

When she comes to you, her eyes will invariably meet yours, and you'll be locked in eye contact.

When that happens, simply SMILE at her.

If she smiles back, guess what? She's OPEN TO YOU MEETING HER. If she doesn't, then move on to someone who is.

And when she does smile back, say "Hi!" And if she responds, you're in! Go right into your opener.

I like to use this tactic in low-key situations, like grocery stores, coffee shops, book stores, etc. Even though it can work just as well in bars (as long as the light is high enough that she can actually SEE you!).

Often times, after you smile, the girl herself will say "Hi!" and then the rest is easy.

The next time you go out, do this to every woman you see. Lock your eyes onto them and see what happens. I guarantee you, you'll be surprised by the results.

I'm not sure how should i start this. but this week seems a hell of a bad week for me. i'll keep the bad to myself n share the good with everyone.
But there wasn't any good news. so i'll just write down my unhappiness

This week really change my future for me. I dun wan to be the best anymore. I'm just tired for striving so hard, & in the end i just some i dunno wat ever. now my mind just tells me to slack through all the way. take things easily. watever tat come is yours. watever tat don't it not.just be happy of wat i have now. i dun really care wat will happen or wat is going to happen if i dun do this or tat.
I''m just going to take everything easy. If i made a mistake, scold me, punish me, i dun care. i just wanna serve this 2 fucking years n fuck off. i dun want my rank or my CSB (Combat Skill Badge) badge anymore.

There is a saying "What ever one can't protect it, it dosen't belong to him."
i just feel like giving up everything tat i own.

i have to rethink of wat i really want in life now... maybe i just want a simple life. but previously i want to work hard to earn my car or my motorbike with my own ability. now i just feel i want to give up everything. everything doesn't seems important to me anymore, cause i've learn tat i dun really have the time to "take care" of my own things
